Payment Policy

This Payment Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Javed Containers Group ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in South Africa (Registration No. 2021/347012/07, VAT No. 9041937286), with our physical address at 22-2 Rooiberg Street, Lenasia South, Lenasia, Gauteng, 1833, South Africa.

By placing an order on our website at www.javedcontainersgroup.co.za, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment method:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) — Direct bank transfer to our business account

All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2. How to Complete Payment

  1. Place your order on our website and proceed to checkout.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email containing our banking details.
  3. Complete the EFT payment using your order number as the payment reference.
  4. Email your proof of payment to info@javedcontainersgroup.co.za with your order number in the subject line.
  5. Once payment is verified, your order will be confirmed and processed.

3. Payment Verification

Orders will only be confirmed and processed once full payment has been received and verified by our team. This process typically takes 1–2 business days after your proof of payment has been received.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Javed Containers Group reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Invoicing

A tax invoice will be issued for all completed purchases. For products that do not qualify for free shipping, a separate invoice for delivery costs will be sent to your email address prior to dispatch.

6. Non-Payment

If payment is not received within 5 business days of placing your order, Javed Containers Group reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank account used for the EFT transfer).

8. Security

All transactions on our website are processed through Shopify's secure platform. We do not store your banking details. Please ensure you verify our banking details directly from your order confirmation email before making any payment.
