Door to Door Delivery :
In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Delivery Arrangements After placing your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your delivery date and discuss site access requirements.
Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery timeframes are 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and delivery arrangements have been finalised. Timeframes may vary depending on your location and Product availability.
Site Requirements It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate site access for delivery, including sufficient space for a delivery truck and crane/tilt-bed vehicle. Our team will advise on specific requirements when confirming your delivery.
Order Tracking Once your delivery is scheduled, our team will provide you with the confirmed delivery date and driver contact details.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery cannot be completed due to inadequate site access or the customer's unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.
 FREE SHIPPING We offer free shipping across most of our products but some products may not be eligible for free shipping due to thier volumetric weight class and for products that does not qualify for free shipping a separate invoice will be sent to you via email as our system does not calculate shipping rates at checkout.
Javed Containers Group reserves the right to offer or not offer free shipping depending on the Items purchased and free shipping is only applicable to purchases completed and paid for on the website.
