1. Introduction By accessing and placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

3. Products All containers are sold subject to availability. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Javed Containers Group reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT . Delivery costs are quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

5. Payment Payment is accepted via EFT/Bank Transfer only. Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Javed Containers Group reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within 48 hours of order placement.

6. Delivery Delivery is available nationwide across South Africa. Delivery timelines and costs are confirmed with the customer after order placement. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery and sign-off of the delivery documentation.

7. Inspection and Acceptance Customers must inspect containers upon delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery. Failure to note defects at delivery constitutes acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition.

8. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9. Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Javed Containers Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Privacy Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms Javed Containers Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
